Say it the way you would say it out loud. Rambling is fine, and so is a single sentence. We work out the headline and pull the dates out for you.
Several sections say much the same thing every month. Put last month's wording in the box and change whatever has moved on.
Photos and PDFs, as many as you have. If somebody sent you a flyer, send us the file itself rather than a picture of it.
Paste it here rather than reading it out — a sign-up form, an article, a Google Drive folder. It becomes a button people can tap.
The wording on the button is optional — without one it just says “Open the link”.
You are changing something you already sent. Saving replaces it — it does not send a second copy.
